Jeffrey A. Lowry was born on February 18, 1954, in Kokomo, Indiana. He graduated from Carroll High School in Flora, Indiana, in 1972. He graduated with a B.A. degree from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1976. After graduation, Jeff attended the University of Dayton School of Law where he received his J.D. degree in 1979.

Jeff first worked for the firm in 1977 as an intern and later joined the firm in 1979 as a practicing attorney. Jeff engages in the general practice of law.

From 1989 to the present, Jeff has served as a part-time deputy prosecutor over juvenile delinquency matters in Howard County, Indiana. Jeff has also served as a CHINS referee for the Howard County Circuit Court.

Jeff has previously served as Town Attorney for the Town of Burlington, Indiana, from 1985 to 2001. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Howard County Mental Health Association and Family Service Association. Jeff is active in his local church.

He is a member of the Indiana and Howard County Bar Association. He is authorized to practice law in Indiana, the Southern District Court of Indiana and the United States Supreme Court.
